Such variation to have effect upon completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing, Permitted hours and licensable activities to remain as existing, Afull copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Wirral Borough Council, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Wirral Borough Council, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than Thursday, 15th October 2020, It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine, Dated 17th September 2020
