Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I, WENLIN CHEN am applying for a new premises licence at the Hai Zhong Lao Hot Pot and BBQ, 12 George Hudson Street, York, YO1 6LP. My application is made to City of York Council. I am applying for the following licensable activities - Sale of Alcohol (11am midnight). Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Services, City of York Council, hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS or by email to licensing.unit@york.gov.uk not later than 21/09/2020, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
