NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Mr Ian Frost applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on September 30th 2014) for a licence variation to use the premises at The Swan Inn, 106 Main St, Addingham for the sale by retail of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment. The variation applied for will allow music until 1130pm on all days except Friday and Saturday which would be until midnight. It would also extend closing times for serving alcohol to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and to 1230 am on Friday and Saturday nights.Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 28th October 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday.
