TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -
SECTION 14
HAWARDEN
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 18th September 2020 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Moor Lane, between its Junctions with B5125 Glynne Way and B5129 Chester Road, Hawarden in the County of Flintshire between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The reason for the closure is to facilitate access to network service connection with associated works by Sunbelt Rentals Limited, on behalf of BT.
The alternative route for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
Pedestrian access through the restricted section will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 5th October 2020, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 2 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. AB/032411
