Burley in Wharfedale Parish Council

Burley-in-Wharfedale Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan Burley-in-Wharfedale Parish Council, using the powers of the Localism Act 2011, is in the process of producing a Neighbourhood Plan which give the Burley communities the power to produce a shared vision for the village and to strongly influence developement and growth over the next 15 years. The Neighbourhood Plan will detail where additional housing may be located plus options for more retail employment, leisure oppertunities plus the other strands that make up a vibrant community. It is very likely that some of the vision will involve the need for additional land.
