TEMPORARY CLOSURE C/124 CATBROOK (CHIPPING CAMPDEN TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C/124 Catbrook from its junction with 703032 Catbrook Gardens to its junction with 400556 George Lane for a total distance of approximately 80 metres.
The reason for the closure is to carry out the installation of a new water service making the road too narrow for vehicles to pass safely.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 3/117 HONEYBOURNE LANE (WESTON SUB EDGE PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/117 Honeybourne Lane from
approximately 100 metres south east of the entrance to the property known as Whites Farm
to the County Boundary for a distance of approximately 550 metres.
The reason for the closure is due to Openreach requiring access for pole testing.
The road is expected to be closed on 5th October 2020 between the hours of 09:30 and
15:30 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact

NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH HBW 26) (PARISH OF BOURTON ON THE WATER) DIVERSION ORDER 2020
The above Order made on the 8th September 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert the length of Public Footpaths described in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto to a line described in Part 2. A copy of the Order and map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG and Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Glos, GL71PX. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference HBW/26/TH). Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Public Rights of Way Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG not later than the 15th October 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference HBW/26/TH).
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. In submitting an objection it should be noted that personal data and correspondence relating to any objection will be passed to Gloucestershire County Council in order that they can contact you directly to address the issues raised. If any person does not wish personal data to be forwarded to the Council they should state why when submitting the objection and the Secretary of State will copy the representations to the Council with the name and address removed and if there is to be a public inquiry the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
SCHEDULE
PART1 Description of path to be stopped up That length of footpath HBW 26 that runs from a point at OSGR SP1703/1985 at Tagmoor Hollow in a north north easterly direction for 179 metres to a point at OSGR SP1706/2002 and of an undefined width.
PART 2 Description of new path. A length of footpath that runs from OSGR SP1703/1985 in a north easterly direction for 98 metres to OSGR SP1711/1992 and with a width of 3 metres between points A - C and 2 metres between points C - D.
Please Note: The diversion will move the path to the residential property and away from the immediate vicinity of the farmyard. Dated: 17th September 2020
