GRANBY LANE, RIDDLESDEN, KEIGHLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1258) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works proposed to be executed on or near Granby Lane, Riddlesden, Keighley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Granby Lane from its junction with Bradford Road to its junction with Granby Drive.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Granby Lane (unaffected section), Bradford Road, Bar Lane, Granby Drive and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 28th September 2020 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on 4th October 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
