ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (COWLEY HILL LANE. ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along Cowley Hill Lane between its junctions with Keswick Road and Dentons Green Lane, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The Order will come into force on Saturday 24th October, 2020, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be nine days.
