as Amended) - SECTION 14(11 THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (FOOTPATH BETWEEN QUEENS DRIVE AND BILLINGTON AVENUE. NEWTON LE WILLOWS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any pedestiran to proceed in either direction along the footpath between Queens Drive and Billington Avenue, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.
The Order will come into force on Monday 12th October, 2020, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be six days.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the installation of a high voltage electricity main.
