PROPOSED DISABLED PARKING PLACES CHANGES, VARIOUS ROADS - T35
THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2020 AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 16th of September 2020 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6,45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The General Effects of the Orders:

(i) To implement Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres In length, outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;
5 Argyle Road N17
56 Clarence Road N22
15 Princes Avenue N22
61 Maryland Road, N22
The Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay would specifically be for the use of the permit holder for which it would be authorised. No other permit or blue badge would be valid for use within the proposed parking place except for the permit for which it was issued.
(ii) To remove Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres in length, outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;
29 Lydford Road N15
89 Philip Lane N15
18 Albany Road N4
88 Russell Avenue N22
(iii) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone, Waiting & Paid Parking Places restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) and 2(ii) of this notice.
(iv) To implement the relevant surrounding Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(iii) of this notice.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 14th of October 2020, of plans which indicates the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, at

www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_

orders.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
