Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud gorchymyn yn gwahardd cerddwyr rhag defnyddio'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus heb el rifo ger Ffordd Mellden yng Nghymuned Dyserth yn Sir Ddinbych. Bydd y darn sydd wedl'l gau yn cael el ddangos ar y safle ar y map sy'n cyd-fynd a'r hysbysiad hwn ac yn cychwyn o bwynt A ar Gyfeirnod Grid OS SJE 05422 N79322 mewn cyfeiriad gorllewinol am bellter o 40 metr i bwynt N ar Gyfeirnod Grid OS SJ E 05386 N 79337. O'r fan hon mae'r llwybr yn troi i gyfeiriad gogleddol am bellter o 120 metr i bwynt C ar Ffordd Maes-y-Llys ar Gyfeirnod Grid OS SJE 054212 N 79450, lie mae'n ymuno a llwybr beics/llwybr troed cyhoeddus 12.
Mae'n angenrheidiol cau'r llwybr er mwyn hwyluso gwaith adeiladu ar gyfer ail gam datblygiad. Ni fydd llwybr amgen argael.
Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 21 Medi, 2020 am gyfnod o chwe mis neu hyd nes bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaith yn cymryd 6 mis i'w gwblhau.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting pedestrians using the unnumbered public footpath near to Meliden Road, Dyserth Community, in the County of Denbigh, where the closed section will be as shown on site on the map accompanying this notice, commencing from point A at OS Grid Reference SJE 05422 N 79322 in a westerly direction for a distance of 40 metres to point B at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SJ E 05386 N 79337. From here the Path turns in a northerly direction for a distance of 120 metres to point C on the Maes-Y-Llys Road at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SJ E 054212 N 79450, whereby it joins the existing cycleway/Public Footpath 12.
The closure is necessary to facilitate construction works for the second phase of a development. There will be no alternative route provided.
The Order is effective from 21st September 2020 for six-months or until the works are completed whichever is soonest. It is anticipated the works will take 6 months to complete.
