RHOPPIR RHYBUPP fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn i wahardd unrhyw un rhag achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Buarth Cerrig Llangernyw o gyffordd Hendre Ddu i gyffordd Gwytherin i'r A548.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith BT. Bydd y llwybr amgen yn mynd trwy Gwytherin i'r A548, gan droi i'r dde ar Turnpike Ucha i Nant Mawr Llangernyw, dilyn tua'r gogledd a throi i'r dde ar Hendre Ddu.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Hydref 2020. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o 5 diwrnod neu nes bydd y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud wedi ei gwblhau, ond am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 7 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) The County Borough of Conwy (Buarth Cerria Llanaernywl (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2020
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in that length Buarth Cerrig Llangernyw from the junction of Hendre Ddu to the junction of Gwytherin to the A548.
The Order is necessary to facilitate BT works. The alternative route is via Gwytherin to A548 turn right onto Turnpike Ucha to Nant Mawr Llangernyw follow north and turn right onto Hendre Ddu.
The Order comes into effect on 5 October 2020. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a period of 5 days, or until the works which it is proposed to carry out has been completed, subject to a maximum period of 7 days.
