Notice is hereby given that on 24 August 2020 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Gavin Walter Speirs and Walter Gardner Speirs craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioners in the period of 5 years from 30 July 2020 to (a) be directors of Solutions Driven Ltd (SC656259), formerly known as SDNC Ltd trading with the name "Solutions Driven"; (b) be directors of Resource 2004 Group Limited (SC369800), formerly known as Solutions Driven Group Limited trading with the name "Solutions Driven"; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Solutions Driven Ltd (SC656259), formerly known as SDNC Ltd and Resource Group Limited (SC369800) formerly known as Solutions Driven Group Limited; or (d) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Solutions Driven Ltd (SC656259), formerly known as SDNC Ltd and Resource 2004 Group Limited (SC369800), formerly known as Solutions Driven Group Limited under the names "Solutions Driven"; in which Petition Sheriff Reid of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 8th September 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
