NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Redudant Filter Beds and Primary Tanks, Esholt Waste Water Treatment Works, Esholt Estate, The Avenue, Esholt, Bradford, BD17 7QZ. Take notice that application is being made by Keyland Developments Ltd. Mr Luke Axe. For planning permission to: Full planning application to demolish and redevelop the redundant primary tanks with a residential development of 150 dwellings and ancillary community hub (including home-working space), landscaping, vehicular access, public open space and drainage infrastructure and outline planning application to demolish and redevelop the redundant filer beds for up to 100,000m of employment. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 4th Floor Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
