(Rose Gardens, Harwich) (20mph Zone) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To formalise the 20mph zone on Rose Gardens, Harwich, in the District of Tendring, From the junction with B1352 Main Road, Harwich, for its entire length.

(Lonbarn Hill/Harwich Road, Bradfield) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Lonbam Hill/Harwich Road, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 365m east of the junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2020 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC1111BZ5P0JL007 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new joint box installation works are undertaken by BT. The Order will come into effect on 18th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wix Road, Ramsey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wix Road, Ramsey in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Tinker Street for a distance of approximately 125m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st September 2020 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC111WAMCNN7B003 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Tinker Street, A120 From J B1035 To J B1352, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Main Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
