Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, Intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1238 Cluttin Road To The Old Rectory, Garway Hill, Temporary Road Closure Order 2020, to temporarily prohibit theuse by vehicles on the C1238 Cluttin Road To The Old Rectory, Garway Hill, Outside Blackpitts Cottage. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1236 Garway Road onto the C1239 Garway Common Road onto the C1238 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to carriageway repair works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 5th of October 2020 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
