Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4203, New Road, Bromyard, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4203, New Road, Bromyard, outside number 12 New Road. Grid Ref: 365337/254629. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal Is via B4203 onto High Street, Cruxwell Street, Rowberry Street and onto Broad Street and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to new gas connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 21st of September 2020 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
