I Varinder Dhutti Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at : 313 North Road, Darlington, DL1 2JR and known as : Seema Family Store. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol of the premises, Monday-Saturday: 8AM to 10PM,Sunday: 9AM to 9PM. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 6th of November 2014. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
