Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order : C1066 From Tidbatch To Worcestershire Boundary, Clifton-On-Teme, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1066 From Tidbatch To Worcestershire Boundary, Clifton-On-Teme, at Fifth Barn. Grid Ref: 370941/ 259202. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1066 onto B4204, B4197 ant onto A44 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to stop tap renewal works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 6th of October 2020 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
