Section 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily suspend the 7.5 Tone weight restriction to all traffic: B3089 (Part), East Knoyle; from its junction with A3S0 to its junction with A303 to enable Access to services during overnight A303 closures carried out by Highways England. The suspension will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 17 September 2020 and the suspension will be required between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 until 13 October 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Pennyfarthing Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Milford Street to its junction with Winchester Street to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route for Northbound traffic: via Milford Street - Guilder Lane - Creencroft Street - Salt Lane - St Edmunds Church Street. Alternative route for Southbound traffic: via Winchester Street -Guilder Lane - Milford Street. This Order will come into operation on 05 October 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 07 October 2020. This Order will come into operation on 14 September 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 19:00 until 24 September 2020. This Order will come into operation on 14 September 2020 and the closure will be required until 16 September 2020. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
