PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (District of Wycnavon - Non-Urban Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area] (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Main Street, Pinvin] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Pinvin:
Main Street (east side) from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Church Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Proposed Order to close that part of C2006 Buckle Street from its junction with C2006 Station Road to its junction with C2009 Sheenhill Road. Reason: Meter Renewal Works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(B4085 Blackminster, Offenham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Order made: to close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with B4085 Birmingham Road to its junction with B4085 Station Road. Reason: Railway Maintenance (Level Crossing) Works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion route - B4085 Birmingham Road, B4035 Badsey Road, B4510 Offenham Road, B4510 The Cross, B4510 Evesham Road, B4510 Newtown, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Station Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 14 September 2020.
(C2274 Mickleton Road, Honeybourne)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2274 Mickleton Road from its junction with C2049 Stratford Road in an easterly direction to the County Boundary. Reason: Overhead Works by A Plant Lux. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Diversion route: C2049 Stratford Road, C2006 Weston Road, Honeybourne Road (Gloucestershire County), B4035 (Gloucestershire County), B4632 (Gloucestershire County), Honeybourne Lane (Gloucestershire County) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 5 October 2020.
(C2111 Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road, Pebworth)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Order made: to close that part of Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road in two phases:-Phase 1 - from its junction with C2113 Broad Marston Road to its junction with C2266 Mickleton to Long Marston Road.
Phase 2 - from its junction with C2113 Broad Marston Road for a distance of 125 metres in a north westerly direction.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Grub Construction Ltd, Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Anticipated duration: 21 days. Commencing: 14 September 2020.
