(Copt Hill, Danbury) [Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Copt Hill, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, 110m east of Mayes Lane, for approximately 120 metres east. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/09/2020 to 18/09/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Installation of foul water connection relating to S50-1482 are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Main Road, Gay Bowers Lane, Copt Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/09/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Footpath 20 and Footpath 23, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Further to notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 07/09/2020.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 20 and 23 Bumham-On-Crouch, in the District of Maldon. 1) Footpath 20, Burnham-On-Crouch will be closed for a distance of approximately 620 metres northwards from the junction with Footpath 23, Bumham-On-Crouch. 2) Footpath 23, Bumham-On-Crouch with be closed for a distance of approximately 1000 metres westwards from the junction with Footpath 20, Bumham-On-Crouch and eastwards for a distance of approximately 66 metres from the junction with Footpath 20, Burnham-On-Crouch.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/09/2020 to 15/01/2021, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to repair the tidal embankment are undertaken. The Order will come into effect on 12/09/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Lane, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 120m southwest of its junction with Wash Lane for a distance of approximately 180m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0050P1W0000PTMS224900A - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Church Lane, Sheepcoates Lane, Church Road, Park Wood Lane, School Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Goat Lodge Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Goat Lodge Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 31 Om north of its junction with Staplers Heath for a distance of approximately 165m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBMR2K1C01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting and cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Goat Lodge Road, Walden House Road, Kelvedon Road, Beacon Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mangapp Chase for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st October 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080CT01EAXZN966 -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structure works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Green Lane, Maldon Road, Church Road, Southminster Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Totham Road, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 95m northwest of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 1050m in a northwesterly direction. (Back Road, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Back Road, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 789m south east of its junction with Old Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 230m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01362312 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

The Order came into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hop Garden Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hop Garden Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 120m north of both its junctions with Blue Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 145m in a northerly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30095447171 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead and underground cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Manor Road, Hoe Mill Road, Blue Mill Lane, Hop Garden Lane and vice versa.

(Hyde Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hyde Lane, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Barley Mead for a distance of approximately 55m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011000966724 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Maldon Road - B1418, Southend Road, Oak Corner, Chelmsford Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.10) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 17th September 2020, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
