Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To implement No Waiting at any Time on the South Side of Leinster Road, from a point approximately 15 metres west of its junction with Markhams Chase, in a westerly direction for approximately 10 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ685 887 revision 1 tor revision 2.

(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 30m southeast of its junction with Orchard Avenue for a distance of approximately 85m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300912 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Horace Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Horace Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Stock Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013201942A -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water..

(Thundersley Park Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Thundersley Park Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th October 2020 for 1 evening/night (19:00 - 23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R057541492 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover and frame replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Tye Common Road, Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m west of its junction with Wiggins Lane for a distance of approximately 700m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th September 2020 tor 2 days (followed by 2 days 3rd October 2020 - 6th October 2020 and another 2 days 10th October 2020 - 13th October 2020 (weekend working only), or where stated on a valid permit (BC111WBMHHN3F006/7 and 9 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Various Roads, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Station Way, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from Cherrydown East to its junction with Southernhay a distance of approximately 255m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Cherrydown East, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from the junctions with Clay Hill Road to the junction with Station Way a distance of approximately 280m.

3. To temporarily close that length of Clay Hill Road, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southemhay to its junction with Cherrydown East a distance of approximately 105m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 21st September 2020 for 47 nights (20:00 - 0600), or where stated on a valid permit (53058012/14 and 18 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Canewdon Road, Canewdon/Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Canewdon/Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 315m west of its junction with Hyde Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005DL1W00000PTMS91471A-BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 2395m south of its junction with A130 New Bypass Roundabout for a distance of approximately 140m in a southerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 1160m north of its junction with Carpenters Arms Roundabout for a distance of approximately 140m in a northerly direction.

3. To temporarily close that length of Rawreth Lane/Church Road In the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 1045m northwest of its junction with Madrid Avenue for a distance of approximately 85m in a westerly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 16th September 2020 for 43 nights (19:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297847 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates
may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic signal renewal works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Alternative routes are available via

(Eastwood Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eastwood Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with The Chase tor a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence between 15th September and 19th September tor 2 nights (20:00 - 06:00) followed by 2 nights between 5th October and 10th October 2020 (20:00 -06:00) and 2 more nights between 12th October and 16th October (20:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2298938 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while puffin crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Eastwood Road, Rayleigh Road, Progress Road, Arterial Road, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A127 To A129 Westbound, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, High Road, Great Wheatley Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Louis Drive West, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Louis Drive West, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with London Road Service Road West for a distance of approximately 30m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZY039UKP6018/A - E S Pipelines Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Stanford Le Hope) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Bypass, Basildon & Vange Bypass, Stanford Le Hope in the Borough of Basildon, from the point the onslip from Broadway Link Roundabout joins A13 eastbound to the Thurrock Borough Council boundary, a distance of approximately 3420m in both directions.

2. To temporarily close the onslip from Broadway Link Roundabout (Pitsea) to A13 westbound a distance of approximately 295m.

3. To temporarily close the onslip from Five Bells Roundabout to A13 eastbound a distance of approximately 365m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 25th September 2020 for 2 nights (09:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012299837 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while verge maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Nether Mayne, Five Bells Roundabout North, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Hospital Road, College Road, Roundacre New Roundabout, Roundacre, Broadmayne Roundabout, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Churchill Avenue, Lincoln Road, South Mayne, Broadway Link Roundabout, Pitsea Bypass and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
