DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment.A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to this application.Representations must be made in writing to:Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham.
