BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(WELLERS LANE, WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:

a) Wallers Lane, Warfield in both directions. The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Westhatch Lane, Church Lane, Malt Hill, Ascot Road, A3095 Maidenhead Road or via this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public while Section 278 works are carried out for an agreed development, work includes installation of passing places and re-surfacing of carriageway material. The Order came into operation on the 07'h September 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 07'h September 2020 - 18th September 2020. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 01st September 2020 Andrew Hunter
