Notice is given that Claire Webb & Dee Paul Souter have applied to Dorset Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of Loco Lobo Tex Mex, 10 Trinity Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TW for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 11:30-24:00hrs Monday to Sunday, and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-01:00hrs. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or email licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
