Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Bulbul Limited has applied to BCP Council for the variation of the premises licence for the premises known as Bournemouth Convenience Store (Formerly McColls), 189-193 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1JU. The application is to extend the hours of the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 7am until 3 am the day following each day, to add conditions to promote the licensing objectives and to approve an amended layout plan. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must to so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk) no later than 21st September 2020.

The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
