Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of PAUL MOWER late of Brook Care Home, 17 Brook Close, Rochford in the County of Essex SS4 1HN who died on 3rd day of November 2019 whose Will dated 23rd day Of October 1998 was proved by Rachel Elizabeth Liebeschuetz and Alan Arthur Hurst the Executors therein named on 2nd day of March 2020, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 3rd day of December 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
