We SUN NEWS & BOOZE LTD of 35 CHAPEL
STREET, BLACKBURN, BB2 4DT hereby give notice
that we have applied for a Premises Licence in
respect of SUN NEWS & BOOZE as follows:-

RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FROM 06:00 UNTIL
24:00 MONDAY TO SUNDAY. Any interested party
or responsible authority may make representations
on this application in writing to the Licensing
Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,
Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road
Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to:
licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk No later than 24th
September 2020. The full application can be viewed
at the above offices (by prior appointment made
on 01254-267666) between 10.00am and 4.00pm
Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website – www.
blackburn.gov.uk. IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection
with an application for which you may be liable to a
fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
