REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice

We CAFE ARTÉ & KITCHEN do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the variation of a premises licence permit the use of premises known as 17 YORK PLACE, BRIGHTON. EAST SUSSEX. BN1 4GU.

For the following licensable activities proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on the premises: we would like to sell an alcohol in the premises as on licence activity. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 21/09/2020 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
