Notice is hereby given that on 20th August 2020 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the former director of KRD Lanarkshire Development Limited (Company number SC591974) craving the Court inter alia to order that KRD Lanarkshire Development Limited formerly having its registered office at 82 Berkley Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7DS be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 24th August 2020 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
