Hillcrest Wines LTD is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for The Old Dairy, Fullerton Road, SP11 7JX. If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises, sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to: Provide a space for tour guests to consume wine by the glass on site. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
