(Trinity Street, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Trinity Street, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kings Road to its junction with Butler Road a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034842944 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead service works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Broad Road Roundabout, Braintree Bypass - A131, Marks Roundabout, A120, Coggeshall Road, Stock Street, Coggeshall Bypass, Colne Road, Tey Road, Church Hill, Park Lane, High Street, Halstead Road, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kentish Farm Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kentish Farm Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Boultwood Farm Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30071105836 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via High Garrett, Halstead Road, Rayne Hatch Wood Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pennypot Corner, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pennypot Corner, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 130m south west of its junction with Plaistow Green Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30054049446 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Gosfield Road, Braintree Road, The Street, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road, Halstead Road - A1124, High Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 4th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
