Mrs Sharon Ward Giles & Mr Dan Ward Giles has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* (if new premises)/ Section 34* (varying a premises licence)/ Section 29* (provisional statement) of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as NINE Restaurant and Bar, and situate at 9 West Street, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4JS and propose to carry on the following activities: - Sale of Alcohol, and/or a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description and/or late-night refreshment.

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted on 21st September 2020 starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority for 28 continuous days].
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
