PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 RE GORDON WOODHOUSE DECEASD Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of GORDON WOODHOUSE late of The Croft 83 West Lane, Haworth, BD22 8EL. Who died on the 8th day of May 2020 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle District Probate Registry on the 12th day of August 2020, by Christopher Charles Jackson and Justin Rupert Birch two of the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claims or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 8th day of November 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
