Oake & District Community Shop Ltd is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Oake Shop and Post Office, Oake Village Hall, Saxon Close, Oake, Taunton, TA4 1JA. The licence is granted to enable the following activities to take place: the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises in normal opening hours as follows:- Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and on Saturday from 08.00 a.m. until mid-day. Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the 'Licensing Manager, PO BOX 866 Taunton TA1 9GS. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Team. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
