THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Devilstone Brewing Co. Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 2D RIVERSIDE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, LANGLEY PARK, DURHAM DH7 9TT for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday inclusive 10.00 17:00 off sales only. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 21st September 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
