ANNIE HAMILTON (DECEASED) PURSUANT to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased late of Waldridge who died on 10 June 2020 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the Executor 3 Cedar Street, Waldridge village, Chester-le-Street, Co Durham DH2 3SH on or before Wednesday 4 November 2020 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which notice has been received.
