LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
I, John Willmore, hereby give notice that I have applied on 10/10/2014
to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a
Premises Licence for the premises known as: MASH Brewery, Middle Barn,
BurcotFarm, East Stratton, Winchester SO21 3DZ.
The application is for is for: Sale of Alcohol For consumption on the
premises.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 08/11/2014; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
