ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
GREENVIEW AVENUE. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of new telecoms, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Greenview Avenue, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Greenview Avenue from its junction with The Glade to No.1 d Greenview Avenue.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Ashtray Way, Stoneleigh Park and The Glade as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 30 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

PADDOCK GARDENS. UPPER NORWOOD NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate service pipe repair works by Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Paddock Gardens.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Paddock Gardens will be closed between its junction with Westow Street and the eastern boundary of No.1 Westow Street.

3. The Order will come into operation on 04 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. Whilst the closure is in force, the road will be open for pedestrian access only.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

SELCROFT ROAD. PURLEY NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation to deliver site structural parts to an adjacent development, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Selcroft Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Selcroft Road will be closed between its junction with Downs Court Road and the northern boundary of No. 57 Downs Court Road;

b) Parking within the above closure area will be suspended on both sides of Selcroft Road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time".

3. The Order will come into operation on 04 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. Whilst the closure is in force, the diversion route for traffic will be via Selcroft Road, Oakwood Avenue and Downs Court Road, as appropriately signed.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS BRADING ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate traffic sign maintenance works, they intend to make an order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Brading Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place waiting and loading restrictions prohibiting parking and loading/ unloading will apply in Brading Road "at any time" in the following locations:-

a) Brading Road, the north-west side, from the south-western kerb-line of Lavender Road south-westwards for a distance of 20 metres.
b) Brading Road, the south-east side, from the south-western kerb-line of Thornton Avenue south-westwards for a distance of 16 metres.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

4. The Order will come into operation on 23 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 10 October 2020. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
