(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 4 Part 2) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To introduce 'Permit Parking Area L9 Mon-Fri excluding Bank and Public Holidays 11am-4pm' on Scotland Road.

2. To introduce 'Permit Parking Area L10 Mon-Fri excluding Bank and Public Holidays 11am-2pm' on Amberley Road.

3. To amend Schedule 3 in The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1ofthis notice.

4. To amend Schedule 5inThe Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 2ofthis notice.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TQ410 940 to rev 1
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1 October 2020

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of anyprovision contained in it on the grounds thatit is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds thatany requirement of the Act, or anyinstrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose
(Footpath 59 and Segregated Footway/Cycleway, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily closure of Footpath 59 and Segregated Footway/Cycleway, in the District of Harlow, located behind property 19 Whitewaits, east for a distance of approximately 126 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/09/2020 to 25/09/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Electrical Works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via the alleyway by the property of number 259 Arkwrights at its junction with Whitewaits, then Whitewaits and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 07/09/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Gravel Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gravel Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Lambourne Road for a distance of approximately 290m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st September 2020 for 29 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000962050 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Gravel Lane, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road, High Road, Hainault Road, Manor Road, Lambourne Road, Vicarage Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary lntroduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.1) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary' No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at AnyTime' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 10th September 2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed ofthe dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the publicand workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear. The Order will come into effect on 10th September 2020 and may continue inforce for 18 months oruntil the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Green, Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Green, Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 25m southeast of its junction with Avenue Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (TN002HF-THEYDONBOISTE-01 -Arqiva - Smart Metering). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed onone.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of telecoms equipment works are undertaken by Arqiva - Smart Metering. An alternative route is available via Theydon Green, Coppice Rowand vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 27th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
