Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the estate of Erika Julian Teresa Morrison (otherwise known as Erika Julian Terese Morrison) deceased late of 16 Forrester Green, Colerne, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 8EA who died on 19 August 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest, to the undermentioned solicitors, acting on behalf of the Personal Representative of the Estate and to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undermentioned solicitors by 18 December 2014 after which date the Personal Representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to anypersonofwhoseclaimtheyshall not then have had notice.
