Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tile Kiln Farm for: Proposed importation of inert waste material to infill existing voids and reinstate land to agricultural use at Tile Kiln Farm, Sible Hedingham, Halstead, Essex, CO9 1UP- ESS/95/20/BTE
The proposal may affect the setting of Grade II Listed Building Oak Tree Barn located approximately 100 metres away.
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the development plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at

(Brook Street, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brook Street, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 105m west of its junction with Shellcroft for a distance of approximately 35m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010602094 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Halstead Road, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road, Fenn Road and vice versa. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brook Street, Halstead/Halstead Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Fenn Road for a distance of approximately 995m in an easterly then northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300510- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Fenn Road, Colchester Road, Parley Beams, Stonebridge Hill, Halstead Road, Station Road, Elms Hall Road, Brook Street, Goldingtons Farm Road, Buntings Green Road and vice versa.

(Kentish Farm Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kentish Farm Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Boultwood Farm Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30071105836 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pebmarsh Road, Twinstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 510m north of both junctions with Twinstead Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction. (Braintree Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Braintree Road, Sible Hedingham, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Halstead Road to its junction with Starlings Hill a distance of approximately 1085m. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 4th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2282401 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
