Somerset West and Taunton Council has received one proposal and is seeking confirmation of any further expressions of interest for taking on Blenheim Gardens Cafe.
The building has been empty for an extended period and will require extensive work. We are seeking a tenant to take on a lease that covers all repair and maintenance responsibilities. We are open to all offers and have managed similar situations with Rent Free periods to allow the recovery of repair costs.
