Notice is hereby given that Mr Robert Taylor has applied in respect of SHRUB END SOCIAL CENTRE for a Premises Variation under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Performance of plays, Film Exhibition, Indoor Sporting Events,Boxing or Wrestling, Performance of dance, other Music or Dance, Facilities for making Music, Other facilities for Music and Dance. This is addition to the existing Licence. All activities mat be from 08.00hrs to 22.30hrs Sun - Thur and from 08.00hrs to 23.00hrs Fri & Sat

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 12th November 2014, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
The register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the above address.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
