HARWICH HAVEN AUTHORITY MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF DREDGED MATERIAL

Notice is hereby given that Harwich Haven Authority has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the disposal of dredged material.

Plans showing the position of the works and copies of the application may be inspected at Harbour House, The Quay, Harwich, CO12 3HH during office hours.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at: http://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register and searching for MLA/2014/00451.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: adam.chumbley@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 17th October 2014, quoting reference :- MLA/2014/00451.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
