ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
ELGIN ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical maintenance and repairs, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Elgin Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Elgin Road at its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Lower Addiscombe Road and Havelock Road as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING BAY RELOCATIONS & WAITING RESTRICTIONS - ELMWOOD ROAD, CROYDON
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a temporary dropped kerb access into a development site, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily amend parking arrangements in Elmwood Road.
2. Whilst the Order remains in force its effect will be Hiatal The solo motorcycle bay outside Dartmouth House, on the north-west
side of Elmwood Road, will be moved to a location 1.5 metres southwest of its current position;
b) A 7-metre length of double yellow lines, operating at any time, will be installed on the north-west side of Elmwood Road, outside Dartmouth House, adjacent to the relocated solo motorcycle bay, to protect the new dropped kerb access from obstruction. The existing permit/pay and display parking bay in that location will be removed;
c) An additional 5-metre permit/pay and display parking bay will be located outside No. 11 Elmwood Road, replacing part of the existing single yellow line at that location.
3. The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020 and will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer;
(c) a vehicle being used for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies;

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new electrical connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Handcroft Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Handcroft Road will be closed outside Nos. 160a to 162 Handcroft Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in operation traffic will be diverted via Sumner Road and London Road and reversed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

LION GREEN ROAD, COULSDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas
connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Lion Green Road, Coulsdon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Lion Green Road will be closed north-westbound and will operate one-way working south-eastbound only between its junctions with Brighton Road and Chipstead Valley Road.
3. Whilst the restriction is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Farthing Way, Brighton Road, Banstead Road, Foxley Lane, Smitham Bottom Lane and Woodcote Grove Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately twenty-two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

MALVERN ROAD, THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to remove blockages from a telecommunications duct, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Malvern Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Malvern Road will be closed at its junction with London Road.
3. Whilst the restrictions are in operation the alternative routes for traffic will be via London Road, Colliers Water Lane, Weybridge Road and Malvern Road and vice versa, or via London Road, Lyndhurst Road, Beverstone Road and Malvern Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 31 August 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical maintenance and repairs, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Outram Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Outram Road at its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Lower Addiscombe Road and Havelock Road as appropriately signed.

SAXON ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install new gas main connections, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Saxon Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended outside even Nos. 6 to 18 and odd Nos. 9 to 17 Saxon Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 01 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in St James's Park.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place the cycle lane on the northwest side of St James's Park will be closed opposite Nos. 16 to 20 St James's Park.
3. Whilst the closure is in operation cycles will be diverted onto the footway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

BALLARDS RISE, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building development works they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Ballards Rise.
2. Whilst the Order is in force waiting by vehicles will be prohibited "at any time" along the entire length of Ballards Rise (on both sides - so much as is public highway).
3. The Order will come into operation on 14 September 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works by UKPN to install a new electrical connection they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Cuthbert Gardens.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Cuthbert Gardens will be closed between the north-western boundary of No. 11 Cuthbert Gardens and the cul-de-sac at the south-western extremity of the road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 14 September 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

FACTORY LANE, CROYDON
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works by SGN to excavate trial holes in the footway they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian traffic and parking in Factory Lane.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) The southern footway of Factory Lane will be closed at the entrance to the Gas Distribution Station, Factory Lane.
(b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of Factory Lane for a distance of 25 metres either side of the Gas Distribution Station entrance.
