(Various Roads, Leaden Roding) (Restricted Roads & 30mph Speed Limit) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To extend the existing 30mph speed limit on the following length Stortford Road, in Parish of Leaden Roding, in the District of Uttlesford (the road section is currently national speed limit):

A1060 Stortford Road 
From a point approximately 11 metres northeast of the common boundary of number 1 and 2 Bridge House, northeast approximately 150 metres (to the existing 30mph terminal signs)
To revoke 'The Essex County Council (A1060 Chelmsford Road, A1060 Stortford Road, B184 Dunmow Road, Chalks Green, High Easter Road, Holloway Crescent, Leaden Close, Lordswood View, Rossdene Gardens, Leaden Roding) (Restricted Road) Order 2013'. All restrictions shall continue in force by virtue of this order. Any existing order anomalies will be amended.

((Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.6) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1 To introduce a Restricted Parking Zone, No Waiting or Loading at all times, except in
signed bays on the following lengths of roads in the District of Braintree:

Description
Swan Side
BOTH SIDES: from a point approximately 22 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Drury Lane, west to its junction with Bank Street.
Drury Lane BOTH SIDES: from its junction with Swan Side, south for its entire length.
Bank Street BOTH SIDES: from its junction with Swan Side in a northerly direction to its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road.
2. To introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only 7am to 7pm restrictions on the following
lengths of roads in the District of Braintree:

WEST SIDE:
i. From a point approximately 5.8 metres south of its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road, south for approximately 29.5 metres.
ii. From a point approximately 37.98 metres south of its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road, south for approximately 28 metres.
EASTSIDE:
i. From a point approximately 14.5 metres south of its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road, south for approximately 19.8 metres.
ii. From a point approximately 36.6 metres south of its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road, south for approximately 7.7 metres.
iii. From a point approximately 47.1 metres south of its junction with B1256 Coggeshall Road, south for approximately 14.9 metres.
All existing parking restrictions on the above length of roads will be revoked. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL755 230 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Goodmans Lane, Great Leighs) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Goodmans Lane, Great Leighs in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 155m northwest of its junction with Boreham Road for a distance of approximately 365m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MQ1W0LITTLEWALT1825 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting and chamber installation works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Main Road, Goodmans Lane, Boreham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Bridge Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Bridge Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Parkway Roundabout Baddow Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 5 nights (21:00 - 04:00), (The dedicated filter lane for Baddow Road will still open as closure is northbound only, southbound will not be affected), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153052967 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new VMS sign installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Parkgate Road/Hollow Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parkgate Road/Hollow Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 850m northeast of the junction with Western Road for a distance of approximately 1265m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2300653 - Essex County Council). The Order will come into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sportsmans Lane, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sportsmans Lane, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 135m south west of its junction with Crabbs Hill for a distance approximately 80m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034842734 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree trimming works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bulford Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 300m south west of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 145m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th August 2020 from 00:00 - 06:00, or where stated on a valid permit (KL735BRA-19-73-280820 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track geometry works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. (Chatham Green, Little Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chatham Green, Little Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 270m southwest of its junction with Whitbreads Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 185m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034842078 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Feering Road, Coggeshall and Coggeshall Road, Feering in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 105m south east of the junction with East Street for a distance of approximately 710m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2020 for
1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005DL1W0000PTMS270815A - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hyde Lane, Great Saling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bardfield Road to its junction with Victoria Hill a distance of approximately 1340m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297224 -Essex County Council). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(New Lane & Hanover Bridge, Feering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of New Lane, Feering in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hanover Bridge for a distance approximately 135m in a southeasterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Hanover Bridge, Feering in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street to its Junction with Hanover Square a distance of approximately 175m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KL721LTN1-43-27-010920 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Rands Road, High Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rands Road, High Roding in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 145m east of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 220m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2020 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044289120300 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
