NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth intends to dispose of the above-mentioned open space site having a total area of approximately 1.45 hectares.
For clarification: in this instance "intention to dispose" refers to the Council's intention to grant a lease to Roger and Carol Heap trading as The Chestnut Centre for a term of 25 years.
A copy of the plan of the relevant property may be obtained from the Assistant Director (Property Services), Wandsworth Borough Council, The Town Hall (Room 217), Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: The Assistant Director (Property Services), Wandsworth Council, The Town Hall (Room 217), Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU by no later than Thursday 24* September 2020.
