Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Mountain Dew 23-25 Market Street Atherton Manchester M46 ODW for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance widi the submitted plan (drawing no 2030-501). The changes consists of the construction of a new external bar servery and new covered drinking area/pergola.The locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any ame.to add and remove conditions in order to further promote the licensing objectives^ full list of conditions can be obtained by contacting Wigan Council Licensing Authority.
